I've been looking for something in Pittsburgh similar to Dyker Heights in Brooklyn, but haven't yet found it.
However, I took my family to the Clinton Christmas lights (
Christmas Light Up Celebration ) and would strongly recommend checking it out. It is right off 376 past the airport, and for $10 bucks a carload, you get about a 20-minute drive through the Clinton Community Park. Apparently they offer hayrides through the park as well, but I just drove through. I thought it was better than Ogelbay, which I went to last year.
