Not even close. Blank checks with no questions asked and little if any oversight at the Pentagon.

I'd be all for more speeding tickets (and some for the "oops, was that a red I just blew by" drivers everywhere). The enforcement in PA vs. NY is a joke. I totally agree about Rt. 51!

understood, but there is a difference between laws serving man, and man being enslaved to laws! it depends on context.

the last ticket i got was 1995, on N. Highland Avenue, going south from the Park. I literally rollled through a stop sign at MAYBE 2 mph. the cop got me, and rattled off a rehearsed script.

it seems he must have been posted there based on a recent citizen complaint. no problem - i was wrong, and there were probably dangerous, blantant stop sign roll-throughs that started all that (as there often is with the common terrible driving in the east end).

since then, i COMPLETELY stop at all stop signs. in some neighborhoods, that means every 40 yards or so. it makes the person behind me livid, but i dont care.

my roll throughs otherwise would NEVER be so careless that it would cause an accident or harm someone. so in reality, i am being utterly ridiculous ....but at the same time, i am protecting myself from a ticket.

in another respect, bicyclists are the WORST with regards to their own safety. ive seen this as a driver, and as another person on a bike.

But, but, but....

It will bring thousands of high-paying ($15/hr.) warehousing jobs by the exits! It will also bring hundreds of new Ryan and Maronda homes that are so desperately needed in a metro area that is consistently shedding population!

Build, baby, build!

10k+ people per day use it, and $15.35 is a living wage.
