While it's not fair to categorize the entirety of the North Side as a neighborhood, there has historically been an element of crime in a a portion of the (something like 17 distinct neighborhoods) neighborhoods that has always been there. Gangs, drug trade, it's multi-generational.

Ah well, it is what it is. Can't wait for them to just allow everyone to drive cars with no inspection, never stoping for stop signs and just doing as they please like when they cross streets never waiting for the sign to say walk, as if they are above all that. Now they will drive that way. Oh the joy it is to be a pedestrian or cyclist around here. WOW! Then they hit you and they have no insurance of course and no money, so you are screwed. I used to ***** about car inspections until I realized how useful they are when it comes to keeping junk off the road. Any time you see a trash can on wheels, 99% of the time it's an Ohio plate since they don't have those over there. Anything goes when it comes to their cars...not too long ago I saw an Ohio driver whose passenger windows were made of shrink wrap ffs. So no, I'll not complain about inspections here since I have constant reminders of what it could be like if they didn't have them here.
