lets see some enterprising people take this opportunity to offer rides out of downtown for the most desperate. it MUST happen still, but I dont see it and assume its rare. I'd love to see that happen more and more. THREE hours to get home for that guy (from the article)????

They really should step up and help out, but no worries if not. Folks can just Uber/Lyft to get their faster.

i am rarely home so i have no idea if there are still jitneys around.

Perhaps the carjackers will lend a hand being a jitney. Likely only until the car/s run out of gas, though.

The Port Authority stopped enforcing its mask mandate.
I wonder when it'll stop enforcing its ridiculous vaccination mandate? That would require Rich Fitzgerald to have some humility, so I wont hold my breath waiting for that to happen....
