Another embarrassing article about Norwin SD (Pittsburgh, Penn: school district, live, prices)

The Norwin school district just can't seem to help itself, especially its school board. In the front page of today's Tribune Review is the following article:

Norwin director claims assignment on racism was critical race theory teaching

When I clicked on the link to the article in question titled, "Two Americas," I was shocked to find it is a link to a October 12, 2020 article in Scholastic Magazines, For those of your who are unfamiliar with these magazines, they have a whole series of magazines in different subject areas from pre-school-12. Their website says the publisher was founded in 1920 near Pittsburgh, to be a publisher of youth magazines. The first publication was The Western Pennsylvania Scholastic.

It’s important to learn and discuss this. I have no issues with it.


I recon that we will all come together as one and defeat those that threaten humanity and democracy. It is on display now for all the world to see. I expect this to be talked about in Norwin as well as many other schools across the country.

please by all means tell us who exactly IS this - this person or parties that 'threaten humanity and democracy'.

I mean, OTHER than the thugs running amok across urban areas of the United States, carjacking, murdering, pillaging...you know, THOSE people who are pushing for a more martial law society through their own actions. aside from THOSE people, largely of minority populations, who is really this 'threat' that you speak of?

Norwin isn't Pittsburgh or Allegheny County. They, the residents of Norwin and Westmoreland County are much more conservative. They probable don't think this is a bad look.

And they dont. please note, once again, the kids were instructed to form an opinion based on a biased singular source.



The KIDS complained, wanting to use rebuttal sources as well. As an intelligent person would.



Proving once again, the NSD works and our kids are smarter than most adults. Right OP? ;-)
