All it proposed was codifying late-term abortion in life-threatening and medically abnormal cases, but clearly that was a "bridge too far" for them.
That’s because you have no proof that anyone said a mother can’t choose to live in lieu of abortion because it wasn’t said.

What states have a law/will have a law that a woman can’t choose to live in lieu of abortion?

Leftists/Democrats love the rule of law and democracy (even though our country is not a democracy) until things don't go their way. Then, it's time to riot and call things illegitimate. The left is an embarrassment.
TS - since you are an expert on real and fake Catholics -- do you think that American bishops should have the right to deny communion to supreme court chief justice John Roberts, since he advocated for the 15 week standard for terminating a pregnancy?

Crazy stuff at today's hearing:

Might have to redefine TDS as, when Trump acts in a deranged manner.

He’s so bizzare. This is what happens when Americans take things for granted and are sleepwalking with their choice of political leaders.

There is going to be a sharp rebuke due to Roe V wade. November may end up being a blue wave. Then maybe they can punish and boot out the extremists. Impeach two justices that lied under oath and a third that knew about January 6

Actually, what we’ve seen the last 16+ months is taking for granted how great things were, and letting hurt feelings vote for a demented old man that has no idea what he’s doing and has caused countless debacles.

Wishful thinking, but it would be interesting to see just how far skyrocketing violent crime and Bidenflation can go, along with continuing to dish out billions of dollars for a war that shouldn’t have happened to begin with, how many more million illegal migrants can enter the country unvaxxed, untested, and exempt from the experimental shot, how much more in student loans will be kyboshed, etc… Yep, it’ll no doubt continue to make for great tv…and as far as a the SC goes, there’s now a judge that doesn’t know what a woman is.

Trump attacked his security detail and wanted to join rioters. Does that not disturb you?

I simply commented on the blue wave you’re hoping for, but since you asked about because Trump, him wanting to join the protesters peacefully and patriotically is nothing new. Secret Service wouldn’t let him…and it turned into a riot later and then folks left peacefully by curfew at 6pm.

Nice deflection -- there is more than a binary choice between ending democracy and democratic idiocy. Not sure anyone who believes in this country can watch Mike Flynn taking the fifth about January 6th violence and not get chills. Mike Flynn -- who more than anyone else led to the expansion of the Russian investigation, when he lied to the FBI, which then caused Trump to pressure and then fire comey, and then bang, mueller investigation.

So, you've got some valid and some invalid points -- and of course, most invalid, and in fact anti-american national security (by why would you care about that) is your BS about ukraine.

Yea, usually you get violent when someone won't let you join a protest peacefully. They'd known for days that violence was increasingly likely, what we know now is that Trump was aware in the morning of January 6th that folks with weapons were in the crowd, but he wasn't concerned because, in his own words, they were not a threat to him. Keep in mind Pat Cipollone's words too -- saying that they'd be breaking all kinds of laws if they let Trump go down there -- Cipollone -- if he doesn't offer up testimony, is shaping up to be one of the biggest Trump p-ssy's out there. And don't forget what we also learned today -- folks in Trump World have been putting pressure on January 6th witnesses.

We also know that, by this time, a contingent of Proud Boys had already reconnoitered the capitol security and identified a spot with lax security and where the first breaches were made.

Trump wanted to peacefully protest something that he either knew was a lie and/or unlawful and unconstitutional, or which he was intellectually incapable of knowing was a lie and/or unlawful and unconstitutional, despite being told so on numerous occasions by members of his staff and the DOJ!

Imagine thinking that a man who chokes out a Secret Service officer--because he was having a temper tantrum over not being able to join a protest with violent intent on his behalf--is more "sane" than any other President we've had or belongs anywhere near the White House.

Just imagine being so enamored by someone who is such an unequivocally awful human being.

Trumpers are a strange breed indeed.
