How many bedrooms do you want., pool, exercise room, a/c., in apt. bldg. or a converted house is ok, etc.? What is your price range? The Docks in Fox Chapel start at $1,000.

There's a site called rent.com (or something) that rates apts. and has comments by past and current tenants. The majority of posts are negative because tenants who get ousted want to get back at the owner. If they all complain about the same thing it might be true. Also check bbbonline.com

I drive through Royal Manor quite a bit and it seems to be very well maintained. It's practically situate in North Park which has a ton of amenities. If you're working in Fox Chapel it would be a very quick commute.
