Are you interested in living in a suburban area or a rural area?

i want any area that has houses around me and near stores. to me that is surbuban. rural in my mind means you look out side and see no other houses. i from nyc, remember you can be 3 hours away and be considered a suburb. alot of people consider all new jersey a suburb of nyc . i even heard someone say poconos a suburb, lol.
basically i dont mind living an hour from the city being that we will not be commuting more than 2 times a month. important to me is decent area with low taxes . also looking for decent house under 50000
i notices glassport, turtlecreek, new castle nd brownsville has low cost homes.
