Does anyone know of any?

Thanks for the reply.

But I think that site is for either high school teams or "serious" players (aka Pitt, Duq, RMU, etc.).

We are looking for an average (yet competitive) league.

PUMP (Pittsburgh Urban Magnet Project - sort of a young professionals group) runs the Pittsburgh Sports League, and they may be exactly what you're looking for. They do list basketball as one of the leagues they have:

Another vote for PUMP's Pgh Sports League. My brother has played dodgeball and softball with them for years now.
