We all know that public works longtime director Guy Costa is leaving later this year. I have never been too impressed with his leadership as most can see, plenty of potholes, tons of weeds and trash, poor traffic light synchronization for many years and all this still is going on and overwhelming the city. Even with all the citizen complaints, nothing changes.

So now the question is, with a newbie to be hired, will the situation improve or remain the same?

I totally agree with you, no one in my house like him and we always thought he was doing a bad job. We always also said that he should just say his "were doing the primary roads first" at the start of the winter and then have the media replay it for all the storms, because he always said the same thing. I also hope that they bring someone outside of the city to get some different thinking.
