Owning my home free and clear still costs me 550/month in taxes. The same home in Butler county will be around 300/month. You do the math.

We're not waiting for retirement. We're out of Allegheny County as soon as the last child graduates!

We have our eye on Butler County within the next couple of years, but we might very well leave the state entirely.
