Gratis Keystone Politics, an answer to one of the pro-monopoly arguments: Do Not Serve lists.

This is suppose to pro-LCB arguement? Heck, this is a reason the LCB should be abolished. Look how well the TSA and their 'No Fly' list has worked out. I don't think this current group is competent enough to run a retail store, let alone manage secret banned list.
