Well first he has to be sincere about wanting a real relationship himself.

Perhaps he should move to Kansas City. He'll find an abundant supply of cheap sluts and harlots that will willingly play around and not ask for any monetary compensation in the form of a lawsuit.

actually it's not clear at all. in real life (as opposed to on csi or whatever), it can be extremely difficult to prove that a rape occurred.

i'm not saying he did it, but the fact that charges aren't being pressed doesn't mean he didn't. i've personally known more than one woman who was raped and was told by the police or d.a. that she didn't have a case, and a friend of mine who worked as a crisis counselor has met dozens. women who report rapes are also sometimes (maybe often?) subjected to an incredulous to accusatory response from the police. it's a crime that has a lot of gray areas and the experience of reporting a rape (up to and including any trial) can leave victims feeling violated and powerless.

her statement to police (after she sobered up) was awfully specific about what happened. what she described was pretty clear-cut rape. she might have been lying, or confused, or she might have withdrawn the charges because police told her she had no case, or because she was receiving threats from steelers fans, or because she was scared of getting her sexual history, appearance, and behavior picked apart in a trial (which is what typically happens). we'll probably never know for sure.

Yeah, you'd think after all the fuss about Tiger Woods, people would get tired of it, I guess not in Steelerland.
