Well it seems that the oligarchy has decided that she's the one, so we're stuck with her.
My question is, if we (the people) have a vote for president and congress, why can't we have a say in who is picked for SCOTUS, instead of having the oligarchy decide?

For all the reasons that we need election reform, maybe? Or do you think it would be a good thing to have Supreme Court Justices beholden to lobbyists and corporate interests because of hefty campaign contributions?

I believe if they confirm her, we will have more problems for many years to come. If this doesn't get stopped, the one's who could of stopped it, will have h#ll to pay in their political careers.
IMO--she does not view the Constitution in the way I think a Supreme Court member should.
