Just noticed a stat given that I can't believe is true...according to the diagram it has a top speed of 60 mph.

I personally have seen only two motorcades...Nixon's and Clinton's. Nixon's was reported that it cruised into town from a nearby AFB at 90...and that I believe. I have no idea if the limos were armored in 1974. If not, 90 would be no big deal.

I never heard a report on Clinton's motorcade speed I saw, but I thought it was moving faster than 60...

I'm sure someone here would know better than I if 60 is an undersell. Gotta be. The M1 Abrams tank is capable of moving off-road at 45...

I posted a link to a source which points out the fact that the diagram is purely a work of the artist's imagination since none of specs regarding the car have been or will be publicly disclosed.

In point of fact the specifications of retired limousines are regarded as state secrets. The last Presidential limousine to be preserved was Reagan's (on exhibit at the Henry Ford Museum). All subsequent limousines from Clinton to the Bush were destroyed by the Secret Service for security reasons.
