the economy is so screwed up it will take years to see any improvement. but its the government, democrats and repubs, you cant blame just one side

It's the corporations who have sent many of our jobs to China and other nations that is the problem. The way to create wealth is by making stuff. We send these nations raw materials and they send it back as finished goods, creating a giant trade deficit.

That said, I do blame lack of regulation for starting this mess in the first place. Neither socialism nor capitalism is correct. Socialism creates a shortage economy, whereas Capitalism creates an endless ebb and flow that subjects us to the whims of rich people who want to gyp us to create profit. We need a mixed economy that will allow people to make money from capitalism while curbing its worst excesses.

the obvious answer is both parties, but i blame the federal reserve specifically and all the secrecy behind closed doors. without it, none of these hacks could be doing what they do. its a well oiled machine robbing us, our children and future generations.
