That;s Joe Biden. He just as a habit of talkig without thinking. He seems to satrt a controversy every few months with a statement that either is silly or makes him look chilkdish .
There is a real problem when the VP of this country is calling a citizen that.
I am sure there will be some that make excuses for this and that is pathetic also
I still think Biden is playing the your "Crazy Cousin Frankie" role (the member of your extended family that always says dumb things) so he can be perceived as no threat to the Obama administration. You know, he says dumb things and everyone laughs that it's just Crazy Joe, always a little nutty but lovable and harmless. If Obama goes off the radical cliff, Biden just might be the one that saves us.
I saw that segment. It was shameful. The guy looked and sounded like a typical union thug.

...or both. And just think - he's next in line for the Presidency, with Pelosi right behind him. (shudders)

Made him sound like a third world dictator, didn't it, instead of leader of the greatest free country in the world.
That was one time and it was to another lawmaker, not to a private civilian in a crowded, public place. We are are also talking about a trend the foul mouthed VP is establishing here.
LOL, the old "that's different" excuse. Like that was the first time Cheney ever used that word, NOT! Gimme a break!
