This all-important task is not even on his radar screen, as his agenda is to thrust this nation into third world status on a par with the rest of the globe. Well the actions of the UK caught him by surprise. Instead of standing next to the US hawking "spend, spend, spend", the UK stood next to Germany and decided cuts were in the best interest of their country.
Obama was the lone person chanting "Spend". Well..him and Tim Geithner.
