I know someone who listens to Beck and comes up with the most stupid "bumper sticker" statements.....all of which I can blow out of the water.
So I don't/won't listen to someone obviously so stupid.
Ohhh, the same Ed Schultz that said Obama needs to act like a dictator?

hmmmmm, let me think about it-

Thanks, but no thanks.

I admire his business acumen. More power to him. I do, however, feel somewhat sorry for those that take what he says seriously.

One person wants the president to "act like" while the other side wants the country "run like a dictatorship" i.e. one way/our way.

Thanks but no thanks to the party of no, no, no.

I take neither!! Dictators are power hungry tyrants.

I feel we need to go back when Senators were appointed by State legislatures, and not elected by the special interests. The House is suppose to represent the citizens of the nation. The Senate is suppose to represent the individual States interest.

The one decision, has cost States rights over the years it has gone into effect, where Senators are also elected by special interests.

I've enjoyed Beck's Founder's Fridays, particularly with some of his guests and discussion of the founders, the role of blacks and of women in the revolution and founding of the U.S.

Acting Like is to keep pushing what you want, and not trying to make nice to the other party, corporate interests and those in your party who have their own re-election, as being first and foremost cause.

The state legislatures are even worst then Washington. (and it cost less to influence them)

Default "Glenn Beck University? Yes. Glenn Beck University."

According to an announcement on Beck's Web site, 'Beck University is a unique academic experience bringing together experts in the fields of religion, American history and economics.' In July, August and September, interested parties can participate in 'captivating lectures and interactive online discussions' in which 'experts will explore the concepts of Faith, Hope and Charity and show you how they influence America's past, her present and most importantly her future.'

At left is the actual insignia of Beck University. (Note the buffalo, feather and Latin words.)

Local and state level politics is easier to see the past of the candidates running in elections. Much easier than a national level election, like President.

States interests have been lost in special interest politics. States have lost so many constitutional rights, since the Senate appointment reform.

What's next?

The Paris Hilton School of Acting? The RNC School of Compassion?

The Glenn Beck University. Good Lord.
