The former Honolulu elections clerk who says President Obama was "definitely" not born in Hawaii and has no birth certificate from any hospital in the Aloha State says he's willing to testify in court to those facts.
"The things I've said, I don't mind testifying in court," Tim Adams, the senior elections clerk for the city and county of Honolulu in the 2008 campaign, told WND in an exclusive interview.
"I was working there, and this is what it was. I'm not a lawyer, just a civil servant. I know what I know. I know what I was told by the hospitals and by my supervisors."
After reading the various links, I can't fathom what he is going to testify about, not being the custodian of records or the fact that either hospitals that he claims to contact do not have the relevant records since hospitals are not custodians of state records either.

The guy has no direct evidence. It's all hearsay, and the certification of live birth, which according to WND....WAS NOT AVAILABLE TO PEOPLE NOT BORN IN HAWAII UNTIL AFTER 1982! And if you do not have your long-form birth certificate WHICH NO HOSPITAL GENERATES, THE STATE GENERATES THE OFFICIAL DOCUMENT, you would get a certification of live birth.
