If "doomsday" is going to happen I'd rather be in the first wave of causalities than be one of the survivors who has to suffer through the aftermath.

I wouldn't. I would love the chance to resurrect my country and make it a great place like it used to be.

"Doomsday" scenarios sell shelters and what happens after a nuclear attack? I remember a quote but not sure who said that "the living will envy the dead".
