This is terrible, she keeps growing the lists from the top 10..to the top 50...to the top 100 most insanely idiotic things ever said.
I'm going to need more paper to hang it in my cube.
I can't see why anyone can rationalize following her, which is probably why people go bonkers instead of base the decision on those pesky fact things. I guess some people really do want their leader to be dumber then a head of cabbage, I am simply astonished. Either that or she is smarter then the pack that supports her.
Just as a side note. If she gets pissed at people from the East coast sticking their nose in her business...she needs to get her nose out of their local business. You can't get pissed at people for what you do. Not that it has ever stopped her before.
Obama has visited all 57 States. As good as I am, that's a record I simply can't beat.
See, two can play this petty game.
I'm not interested in playing any type of game. I seriously believe that Palin is an empty vessel - she IS ignorant and is totally uninterested in (maybe incapable of) becoming better informed. If you believe the same of Obama, fine. We will have to agree to disagree.
(July 19) -- Sarah Palin's never been short on chutzpah. The latest demonstration concerns her reaction to a recent Twitter post, in which she meant to write "repudiate," mixed it with "refute," and wound up employing the non-word "refudiate."
"Ground Zero Mosque supporters: doesn't it stab you in the heart, as it does ours throughout in the heartland? Peaceful Muslims pls refudiate"
The tweet was removed. And then Palin -- who had also said "refudiated" on a July 14 Fox News appearance -- rather than simply cop to her mistake, compared herself to Shakespeare. She tweeted:
"'Refudiate,' 'misunderestimate,' 'wee-wee'd up.' English is a living language. Shakespeare liked to coin new words too. Got to celebrate it!"
It shows she's been reading books (or at least thinking about them). Next time during an interview when she is asked who she reads, she can have an answer ready.
Yes, and it will be the Washington Times and the New York Post!
ps - i'm pretty sure it's "cromulent", but i get ya...
I was about to post that, but there just may be another layer to the joke...
Anyway, there's one classic response to anyone pulling the old "Shakespeare coined new words, too!" excuse: "He did. And when you get your own classification in the Dewey Decimal System, so can you. Until then, that's not a new word, that's an error."
It just proves that it doesn't take any mainstream media involvement to make Sarah Palin look stupid. She does a very good job all by herself.
This is very funny as is, but takes on a whole new level of hilarity when you remember that her and many of her supporters have been very critical of immigrants that can't speak English. Maybe she should consider an English as a first language refresher course before handing out criticism of someone that isn't bilinqual.
The comparison to Shakespeare is absurd. Shakespeare knew ahead of time when he was inventing new words. Palin had no idea that she was using a non word until it was pointed out to her. Is she really trying to act like being a moron is the new mother of invention?
