There is nothing in that article that says anything like what the title says. This thread should be deleted.

Telling people that its NOT ok to stand outside of a voting booth and intimidate the opposition is NOT hoping for a race war nor is he stating one is coming.
The story is stupid, not very well written, full of nothing but rambling, and comes not even close to the proper conclusion..
