Everywhere I go, people say they want our schools to improve. They petition for better health care and better roads. Many desire universal medicare because we've seen the faults in the current system we have. Teachers, police officers, firefighters, social workers, military personnel, and government workers all want higher salaries. Countless people demand these amenities, yet nobody wants to pay the tax dollars to support them. Isn't that ironic how so many want these services, yet no one wants their taxes raised?

How else do you think they'll come about? Do you honestly think Bill Gates, Ted Turner, or Rupert Murdoch will spend their earnings to support these programs like this? Isn't ironic how few and far between Americans are willing to pitch in? Further, I many Americans harp about taxes in European countries and Canada being sky high. Newsflash! Most of those nations have superior medicare and education compared to ours. It's amazing how they've managed to keep their compatibility for so long even after they had their economies destroyed during World War II.

Liberal media myth. If their healthcare is so superior then why do so many foreigners come to the US for specialized medical care they can't get anywhere else?

And in case you haven't heard, the Euro is the new hot potato nobody wants to be stuck holding.

You need to get out more, read more diverse news and literature, and educate yourself about the world first-hand instead of regurgitating Leftist propaganda.

Have you noticed as well that most of those people you mentioned are liberal card carrying union members? You need to get outside that socialist bubble of Austin every once in a while and talk to real people. it's the liberals that cry for more services but they are not willing to pay a cent more. Liberals are only charitable with other people's money. That's the hole you forgot to plug up in your argument

Whats amazing is all the half truths and false statements in this post !

Many euros come here for medical care to save their lives .

If their education is so damn good why are their so many in our universities now ?

We had the best care on earth until we were bombarded with illegals and unlimited immigrants from all over the world .

Actually, it is pretty much the same in many countries. There is a lot of americans a broad too. Sometimes I feel as if half of S. Korea goes to the University in my area

But, I thought the OP when talking more about High school/Middle School etc. (maybe?) and perhaps the large variability in quality across the country.

There's a lot of generalizations in there.

I'm not asking for any of the above. I am expecting smaller government, lower taxes.

I'm not sure those countries have better medical care, just not a lot of people complaining because they don't know any better.

And as far as countries keeping together after having their economies destroyed in WWII, ever consider who held them together?

Don't expect a thank you for anything America did . We have given to all nations on earth . We have helped to build up more enemies than all the others combined. Our children will be enslaved by the same people we helped to evolve .

And that is why it is impossible to make even close to everyone happy, because you would prefer lower taxes and smaller. But for Jim down the road may prefer to pay higher taxes so he have those benefits. Tough situation.

And what makes you think that you know any better? what makes you any more knowledgeable than anyone else? Remember you are talking about a nation with isolationist tendencies.

I'm not sure what fonts you've used but I'd bet it's that fixedys fonts. Using such a fonts is a liberal trick to attract my eyes. See, liberals do wacky stuff like that because they are all a bunch of cowards. If they weren't cowards we would have declared war on Sweden because Sweden has a higher graduation rate and more homosexuality. But no, the Dems are scared. They won't even attack Iceland. Iceland, for God's sake! Those Island people don't even have guns, I'll bet. Yeah, them Dems are making me sick.

And your use of two colors in your post, one for each paragraph. You can't fool me. It's some sneaky Republican thing made to look patriotic. Yeah, I'll bet there's a third paragraph in white that can't be seen because it blends in with the page, a third page to make it red, white, and blue. Don't you conservatives ever give it a rest? Why don't you go and defend the border from Mexicans or have one of those Tea Party meetings? Yeah, I'll bet those tea parties don't even have tea. Probably RC Cola or some other conservative drink.

America makes me sick. It's no wonder I'm furious.

Anyhow, now I'm going to actually read your post. I'll get back to you with further commentary as warranted. So don't go away.

Bold:

Red: Yeah it couldn't be because he/she just wanted to use that font. You may be reading into this just a BIT to much. lol

Blue: This post just keeps getting better. Why would we invade some country because they have better graduation rates and more gays in their population. I sure hope this was sarcasm.

Orange: This is funny. What has Iceland ever done to us? You want to invade any country you think we could prevail against don't you? Thats what Hitler was trying to do also, see how well that worked out.

Dinner time.
