If you can't create any jobs, pay people not to work.
Quote:
Only last week Vice President Joe Biden was hailing the stimulus for "saving or creating" three million jobs. This week the White House says we need even more stimulus, in the form of jobless checks, to make up for the jobs his original spending stimulus didn't create.
For a lucky jobless couple living off the bay in Nantucket and eligible for the maximum checks, that's $98,072 a year and plenty of free time to catch some striped bass for dinner.

"Obama's real problem is that he's a product, basically, of the fantastical faculty lounge."
Indeed he is - never ran a thing in his life, learned at the knee of marxists/socialists.
Oh, I see. One can spend $1.4 trillion in deficits per year and everything is just fine and dandy, all because of that mean old meany, George Bush! You libs have become comical in that NO ONE will take responsibility for the disaster of a president- Obama. Let' see how that plays out in the 2012 elections and presidential debates, in which Obama will just say everything is Bush's fault.
Let's see.............................. who was in control of spending during every presidency? Congress. The Bush economy was fine until the democratic congress gained control and ruined everything. We have not been able to recover since, as the dems remain in control.
It is obama's very own budget that will result in a $9 Trillion deficit.
Oh your so spot on, Dang Hogwash, you got that right. It is Obama's Budget, Obama's Watch, Obama's decisions, and i for one am so tired of the stupid ignorant excuses made for this President, get a backbone will you, wittle sheeple of Obama.
