That was correct about a year and a half ago. The will of the people elected him. But now the will of the people are largely against many of his policies and his agenda.

And the people have spoken up about Arizona and our immigration laws. They want them enforced and we stand with Az. Just because he was elected doesnt mean people are going to agree with all his decisions. This very case shows that. You cant deny that. Obama is going against the will of the people here, and you cant spin that any other way by saying "oh hey but he was elected so the will of the people are for everything Obama wants". Sorry nit, but that argument doesnt hold water.
And not only is he going against our will, he is going against our laws. He is failing to enforce them. Will of the people or not, he is NOT enforcing our laws.

The 'will of the people' to support and defend the Constitution with includes protection of the United States and its citizens.

You know, that thingy called the Constitution that enforces your privilege elect a progressive socialist president. The one who refuses to fulfill his oath.

Spoiler
The law specifically states that its unlawful to profile. So I dont see what the big deal is. If a policeman can ask me for my drivers license if I get pulled over, then they should be able to ask someone if they are legal. If a policeman can detain me while they check my records and such, then they should be able to check immigration status.

The Obama Admin and those that support it, dont care about the will of the American people. They dont care about all our laws. They dont care about protecting our laws or the public. They care about votes and an agenda that transforms the country. This administration was so quick to file a lawsuit against Az, but have done nothing to sanctuary cities across the country. And theyve done nothing to actually start enforcing our damn laws.

As usual, the Left uses race here as an excuse. "No, we cant let the states enforce laws we refuse to enforce. So there take that, you racists"
The judge was applying the law according to the progressive 'hypothetical' Constitution, currently in development.

Had we accepted Bush's bill a few years ago, we would on our way to reform, but the conservative right wing thought Bush was too liberal -and G-d knows how much it kills me to say Bush did something right. The Courts are part of our system, conservatives only object when the Courts don't rule in their favor.

Immigrants do cost the US billions each year, murders, drugs, and more

For the people who say there will be racial profiling against Latino's and anyone of Spanish decent, and anyone who appears to be Mexican, Central/South American, THERE WILL BE

I was pretty sure that was obvious, but moving on...

Why do we want these people to stay in our country??
If I lived there, I would be GLAD to have a police ask for my ID, drivers license, whatever is required, because I love the USA.

I believe in the idea the USA represents and everything is going downhill, so why do all the politicians get distracted by this?

Is anything getting done with the US government while these lawsuits are being filed?

I'm not a political expert, but democrats could attempt to "ban" certain words, i.e. Retard. Because many people don't like it, and they'll look like hero's standing up for those that can't defend themselves....thus getting more votes...

So, is this another attempt to get voters? Why are they worried when the Federal Govenment are the guys that are supposed to catch illegals?
In one thought: The entire country has gone berserk on political correctness which, if not halted by the people by use of the ballot box, will destroy the country as we know it.

All anyone has to do is remind the cop that they are not to ask illegal foreigners for any kind of documentation and therefore had better not risk asking anyone. Since they can't identify you, they'll never be able to persecute you as an American. Or just answer the cop in Spanish that you don't have a drivers license and they must let you go.

Amazing how the dems and this congress have now bait and switched this into racial profiling of anyone who is of light skin color.

This country needs to wake up.

If anyone would look at the crimes committed by these Mexican terrorist you would want to be profiling them.

Look up pictures of our border patrol who have been killed, beaten, stabbed, rocked, kicked and murdered in cold blood by these beast.

They have murdered many ranchers in cold blood, rapes our women, killed our citizens, stolen our culture, bankrupt our hospitals and schools and for someone to defend these monsters tells me you must not like America very well.

Sad that some people want these savages to continue to run over American citizens without trying to track them down.

30+ million MEXICAN illegals in America and we are playing a damn game with it.

Profile them all, every single one of them. We have just cause to do so based on the facts.

How many have been pulled over by our police to find out they are here illegally and have committed previous crimes? Tons of them.

America had better remember that Obama just sold out Americans by suing Arizona for trying to protect their own citizens.

Thanks Obama for allowing us to be less safe with your actions.

Why not put up signs with Obamas picture stating: Come on in terrorist, we are welcoming you with open arms.

Do you know how to fix the problem?

Repeal the 14th amendment.

Seriously, it is as simple as that. There is no need for secession, no need for supreme court rulings, no need for bickering, no more worshiping of the president. Repeal the 14th amendment and it will fix it all.

Won't happen -
Without the 14th and the prohibition on questioning the validity of the public debt, the Congress might have to be held accountable for their profligate ways.

You have to remember historically it's been the republicans who are the ones that have been pro amnesty/pro illegals. Reagan passed an amnesty bill, W was calling for amnesty, and McCain was pushing his own amnesty bill through congress. I agree obama needs to do more, but we should be thanking the heavens he's in office now and not mccain. If he was the illegals would be jumping for joy from their new found mccainesty.

Why is ANYONE allowing amnesty?

And I've read news stories where people are being anti-immigrant and "America was founded on immigration"

Yes, but it was LEGAL

We are anti-ILLEGAL immigration
