I read the article. Outside of how the blogger TITLED it, there's not a word in it from any official source that says anything about Muslims. You don't get to just make stuff up because you feel like it.

Muslims from Africa have been responsible for the vast majority of rapes committed against white women in Norway and Sweden for numerous years. I am not making that up. Once again GOOGLE the problem for other corroborating articles if you don't like that one. There are scores of them out there.
