Voters now trust Republicans more than Democrats on all 10 of the important issues regularly tracked by Rasmussen Reports.

The GOP has consistently been trusted on most issues for months now, but in July they held the lead on only nine of the key issues.

Republicans lead Democrats 47% to 39% on the economy, which remains the most important issue to voters. Those numbers are nearly identical to those found in June. Republicans have held the advantage on the economy since May of last year.

They'd be trusted even more if they would put forward a balanced budget amendment to the US Constitution.

I tuist the Republicans more as they are the lesser of two evils, but it still remains that they are still an evil. They are still mostly the same internationalist corrupt free-spending party. They're suddenly going to change their tune now that Obama was elected? I find that hard to believe

This is a must if we are ever going to straighten things out.

I agree that has been the way things are but I suspect that things are going to be changing if the people have their say and I know they will come election time.

Put your trust in any political party and you're bound to be disappointed eventually.

The only way to make the GOP honest, is to constantly put the pressure on the politicians to do good. Once the masses let go, it's all downhill from there. If conservatives really paid attention, they wouldn't elect half of the morons on the GOP ticket
