Everybody has to win some and lose some but is seems that the Constitutional scholar and his AG are losing pretty often these days. The lefties will soon be in calling names and the like.
I bet there are a lot of Louisianans celebrating this decision but they need to remember that there are higher courts and it takes some time to get to the one in DC.
