And where does the government get the money for the grants?
That's right from the states in the form of taxes.

Apparently thinking progress doesn't really make you think.

WASHINGTON (AP) - More than half a dozen states suing to overturn President Barack Obama's health care law are also claiming its subsidies for covering retired state government employees, according to a list released Tuesday by the administration.

About 2,000 employers have been approved for the extra help to cover early retirees, mainly private businesses. But the list also includes seven states suing to overturn the health care overhaul as an unconstitutional power grab by the federal government.

The seven are Arizona, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Nebraska and Nevada.

They are part of a group of 20 states that have challenged the law's requirement for most Americans to carry health insurance or face fines from the IRS. They argue that government cannot order individuals to buy a particular product. The administration counters that the mandate falls within broad powers conferred on Congress to regulate interstate commerce.

A spokeswoman said Indiana's Republican Gov. Mitch Daniels disapproves of Obama's overhaul, but will take advantage of specific provisions that benefit his state.

Just will not give Obama credit, but will utilize the programs...too funny.

I see no problem has they are granted the mney but suing to stop the program. You can sue over any part of a law in fact. If the law is voiolded then they get the moeny back if already distributed.

Ask yourself this question: Where does Obama get money from to pay for Obamacare?
It's not that funny when you answer it.

19 of 20 states aren't stupid. get it now. to play this stupid obama game you need to learn the rules, cause it's just a stupid game till we get real leaders. we all want our money back and if it means collecting from the Fed waste programs then that's ok with me.I dont need to pay someones housing and foodstamps who lives 2000 miles away cause the fed tell me i must or be prosecuted.BS on that
