since his case rests upon whether or not pbo is actually able to be potus as he is not qualified as he was not born in the USA or any of its land, it stands that the defense should be able to make their case, insead of having the judge throw their defense out.

The birth certificate, or certificate of live birth, that President Obama has already made public, has been authenticated by the people and entities that are charged with the responsibility of doing so. What that means is that Lakin has no evidence to submit to support his defense. None. Zero. Zip. Nada. And no court in this land is going to allow him to go on a fishing expedition. You either come to court prepared, or prepare to be ruled against.
In addition, the orders he's charged with defying didn't come directly from President Obama, they came from his Commanding Officer, so as the judge ruled, President Obama's college records and any of the other garbage he's trying to suss out, are immaterial to his case.

a) I never had to submit a birth certificate to play sports in school, and none of my children have either.
b) President Obama has not released a "hospital BC", he's released a certification of live birth from the State of Hawai'i. This has been certified as authentic and accurate by the Governor of Hawai'i, Republican Linda Lingle, and the Director of the Hawai'i Department of Health, appointed by the Republican Governor.
I coached in high school for over 28 years and never had to provide proof of birth for any of my athletes. However, I coached age group track and field for about 15 of those years and always had to carry state birth certificates with me because there were strict rules about age. I guess TG and his claims about Pop Warner requiring certificates really makes lots of sense to those who have some experience in these things.
