So the cameraperson who was approached and intimated by the panthers was a plant? The fact that two people were immediately outside a polling center with a nightstick is all the evidence one needs. LOL at deflection such as "it was mostly black polling place so it's ok"
"The presence of the uniformed Black Panthers at the entrance to the polling place was documented by Republican Party videographer Steve Morse"
...
"Morse, the videographer, also said that he was "scared to death" of the Black Panthers."
Caption from Washington Times article:
"Stephen R. Morse, a blogger hired by Republicans to be at the polls and who videotaped the confrontation in Philadelphia,.."
The police were called and the NBPP member with the stick was made to leave the polling place.
The complaints about intimidation came from people who arrived at the polling place to investigate reports of potential voter intimidation.
When the Civil Rights Commission attempted to discover why the Department of Justice dropped a voter-intimidation case they had already won, the Obama administration told the attorneys in the Civil Rights division to ignore subpoenas from the panel. At the time they complied, but one of the key potential witnesses to the decision has decided to break his silence. In an exclusive, Pajamas Media has the letter from Christopher Coates requesting an immediate audience before the Commission:
Looks like some ethical, honorable DOJ attorneys will no longer keep quiet on Holder's stonewalling in the DOJ about this case.
In a recent request to Justice, the Commission agreed to limit initial questioning of Coates to accusations made by former career lawyer J. Christian Adams about statements and other actions by Julie Fernandes, an Obama administration political appointee, if DOJ produced Coates.
The DOJ refused.
I would think now the questions would not be limited.
Rep. Frank Wolf (R-VA, pictured) has warned AG Eric Holder not to interfere with the decision of Christopher Coates to testify before the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights tomorrow.

Voting Rights Official Calls Dismissal of Black Panther Case a 'Travesty of Justice'
Quote:
He said civil rights attorneys stick to cases that involve minority victims, and he said the Black Panther case was dismissed following "pressure" by the NAACP and "anger" at the case within the Justice Department itself.
"That anger was the result of their deep-seated opposition to the equal enforcement of the Voting Rights Act against racial minorities and for the protection of white voters who have been discriminated against," he said.
This is more evidence of just how much the "most transparent administration - evah" has politicized and corrupted the DOJ.
Another fine example of the 'Hope' & 'Change' policies
that the current administration will and must be held
accountable for
