Kill the babies, legalize the whores and drugs and ban the sugary drinks.

I'm happy with the status quo, it's the best we can achieve towards balance, I'm very big on states' rights. By the way, you and your leftist friends only make up less than 10% of the population, so do us a favor and stop trying to tell the rest of the Americans that lives outside of California and New York to accept your states' hedonistic lifestyles. Thank you very much.
Sorry, but again, I'm not going anywhere, and I'm not going to stop voicing my opinion. Give it up.

So in other words you've just found an issue (that you don't really care about) that you're hoping to use as a point of argument with people whose political philosophy disagrees with your own.

Nope. I've posted the news in order to express my opinion and let like-minded individuals know that we don't have to accept the status-quo. My goal wasn't to argue with anti-freedom conservatives, but since they're the ones who seem to be most interested in arguing with me, I'm happy to respond and keep the conversation alive.

It's what liberals do best. This is clearly a states' rights issue because we have such a huge diversity of opinions in this country but with the liberals love of big, centralized government, they fail to see that and instead think the other people are bigots, racists, whatever. His pro drugs, sex, and alcohol stance is in contrast to many people of this nation and they clearly live in states that accommodate them. That's why I'm saying to UIM, to stop Californicating the U.S. The U.S. is NOT, and NEVER will be, California. If you want same-sex marriage in California, fine that is up to you and the voters of that state. If you want prostitution in California, that's up to you and the other residents there. Liberals just plain don't get it and don't understand

They have. It's called abortion. It's just one small step more to eliminate "un-productive" old people.

That's an off-topic rant.

Here's the question: Do you believe prostitution between consenting adults should be legal? Why or why not?

Yet you have no interest in commenting on the fact that a state like NV with it's Libertarian leanings is somehow able to allow legal prostitution and at the same time keep it's religious conservatives happy.

You also choose to ignore the idea of prostitution being an issue of state's rights rather than yet another (classically liberal) opportunity for the federal government to impose it's will upon individual states.

It would seem Libertarianism is somehow managing to allow more personal freedom than liberalism. Imagine that.

Why should he move? If he wants to advocate for change of the laws here he's welcome to do it.

Why don't you move to Afghanistan where the Mullahs set the rules, since you love religious based legislation so much?
