Default I'm not a fan of Michael Moore but...

He's right.

I've been saying the same thing as his #1 suggestion while listening to the local political ads.

The republicans are coming out swinging, hurling accusations and out and out lies.

The only way to fight back is to stand up and fight, point by point... destroying their platform with truth.

We are tired of Obama and Pelosi and Reid trifling with it.

The American economy has proven over the past 234 years that it is self-healing. The "cures" attempted by this administration are worse than the disease.

Moore would be the architect of an even larger electoral disaster, if he had his way.

Yes show us how the agenda of bigger government and wild deficit spending has been the cure (and not the cause) for what ails us

Lie and blame others, haven't both parties been doing that for years now?

Michael Moore is a far left liberal and he wants be able to have his cake and eat it too. And by his girth it looks as if he is succeeding.

Oh wait, that's another thread.

no darlin,

Spell out for you guys why bigger government and wild deficit spending has been necessary....

It's funny. One particular republican who's running for re-election to the Senate in my state is running again on creating jobs and cutting taxes for businesses...
He's also running a smear campaign for his democratic opponent. Over and over his ads accuse her of "rubber stamping the Obama agenda"...
His ads have no real political content just "Obama, Obama, Obama...."

This particular republican senator has already been in office for seven terms.

Currently, our state is bankrupt. Factories have closed and left the state. The only new businesses that are moving in are call centers with low pay and no benefits.
Based on his record, he can certainly talk about the reality of smaller government... Our teachers are losing their positions, our roads and bridges are old and in need of repair and state government jobs are being cut at an astounding rate in an attempt to meet the budget.

One would think that during his seven terms he would have made significant changes by now to our economy if, of course, he was going to.... or if these things were more than just "conservative" talking points.

Why would anyone vote him in again with his record?
