You could use the same rationale before interracial marriage was outlawed--they have the same rights as everyone else to marry someone within their own race--they just can't marry who they want.
Good grief do we have to go over this again?
This has been addressed atleast 20 times in the past few days.
One's racial makeup is not a choice. How can one believe one's genetic make up is comparable to an act, a lifestyle, a feeling, an urge, a behavior?

It's been outlawed agian? when did this happen and why didn't someone tell me? J/K but it's not even close we are talking man and woman no matter what the race is.

Forgot to add on my other post--your argument works if being gay is simply a choice. Most gays don't believe that, and science is starting to back them up. If it's a matter of biology, then comparing it to interracial marriage is EXACTLY the same.

There is absolutly no science that backs it up, there is only opinion. Common sense tell us otherwise.

Science is "starting to back them up" lol!
No, not true. There is no scientific evidence of this, no gene coded for homosexuality. Fact.
Just the opposite.
That you say one's race and sexual behavoir is exactly the same thing shows a complete lack of scientific knowlege as well as understanding.
I apologize as this is WAY off-topic. But, in the OPs post, he refers to homosexuals as "gays", not gay people. Maybe this is splitting hairs, but it sounds a little derogatory to call them "gays". It sounds like something Archie Bunker would say.
Gays can marry. They just cannot marry individuals of the same gender. Same with heterosexuals, bi-sexuals and transgender people not being able to marry someone of the same gender. The law on marriage is the same for us all and treats us all identically.
No it's not. If your heterosexual, you can marry the person you're in love with. Gays and lesbians cannot.
