There are two obstacles....the senate and the POTUS.

The dems had two years of freedom from republicans in which to put policies in place to help the economy.

What did they do?

Forced through a TRILLION DOLLAR health care bill which nobody like, passed an $800 BILLION DOLLAR "stimulus" bill which only served to "stimulate" government pensions.

Then obama has the balls to laugh while stating "I guess the shovel ready projects weren't so shovel ready!" Yuk, YUK......HILARIOUS.

What was bad is now worse.

Considering his golf scores, I consider it like his real job.....

On the job training.

Not working out so well is it? For American constituents that is.

I did not like Bush during his presidency and had no qualms about expressing my dissatisfaction (no donations to the republican party during his tenure). However, every liberal defends Obama to the core and supports him, despite his miserable performance. It really leads one to believe that liberals really do not care about the performance of the president and the well being of the nation, as long as there is a democrat in the White House. This, of course, underlies the irrational behavior of the average liberal and is a reflection of the policies that they embrace in general. When one is not able to think rationally, the actions that one takes will reflect that capacity.

Vote for misery- vote Obama.
Oh, of course!

At the risk of saying something about Bush, IIRC Bush quit golfing, but continued on his lengthly trips to TX where he rode his mountain bike, cut brush, etc, for recreation.

So what?

With 5% unemployment, I'd be golfing too.

9%, after dumping TRILLIONS of dollars into the economy, not so much.

Did you have that opinion for other presidents?

We certainly know the Left railed on previous presidents and their golfing habit, so much in fact he gave it up in his first term.

Wrong. The Left/MSM focused so much on his golfing and made such a big deal about it, he gave it up.

He didn't golf even close to obama's number.

The expected liberal response (they need to send out new retorts in the liberal manual for political discourse)- ...............but what about Bush????? Most libs are incapable of objectively evaluating Obama's performance, as their handlers have instructed them not to do so. One must never question- only obey, just as one would expect of one who embraces totalitarianism. Again, I did not like Bush and am free to say so, as I am not encumbered by blind allegience to the republican party. Can you actually bring yourself to say that Obama has been a failure? Of course not- no liberal can do so.

Bush spent less time on vacation than Obama. Bush took 77 days of vacation during 8 years. Obama is at 48 days of vacation in two and a half. If we extrapolate to an eight year term (thank God we will only have this fool for an additional year and a half), Obama would be at 136 days of vacation. So Obama has taken 60% more vacation time than Bush. To make matters worse, Obama has not counted vacation time in which he was engaged in minor "presidential buisness" at Martha's Vineyard.

Again, I think that the nation would be far better off if Obama took off on vacation for the remainder of his term. He has done enough damage to the nation.

According to ABC News this AM it's his 20th round so no points for your lame guess.

Once again, you are WRONG!

I don't defend him to the core but I refuse to listen to the damn hypocrites whining abouit him playing golf who had NOTHING to say about Bush crawling under a desk joking about the lies that took us into a war that was killing people, THAT was a disgrace. ********** golf crap, WHY isn't the Republican led House holding Obama's feet to the fire about Libya? Too much work? Easier to complain about Weiner instead? So please spare us the BS that it's somehow rational whining about Obama playing golf while his partner remains untalked about.

Perhaps a month in Crawford, TX would help him get some work done?

Or perhaps he should suspend all other U.S. Government operations and lock all politicians in a room to deal with this emergency? (ala McCain)
