Bill couldn't find his balls because they were busy with other "business" at the time.

And where were Bush's?

I thought the article was rather even handed at assessing blame in a non-partisan manner, but I guess you missed that.

It was said pretty early in the article that within two weeks there was what the FBI man considered a rock solid case. I guess that makes either Bush or Clinton guilty since Bush wasn't finally elected till late December and the general part of the election was held about a week after the "rock solid" thing was known.

Bush was surely supposed to deal with everything he inherited just like Obama was but for some reason both Clinton and Bush were held back by the lack of police (FBI) and spy agencies (CIA) according to the Gorelick Wall. Very little ability of the nation to deal with too many things because of that wall.

Roy, roy, roy....

Just to play along with this characteristically weak line of argument.

Clinton had 3 months to deal with the Cole bombing and Bush had 8 months AFTER the inauguration IF you accept that no one in the Bush campaign knew anything about the Cole bombing prior to the inauguration, which I seriously doubt.

Either way the article is BS, because planning for 9/11 began in 1999!

You make this oh so easy.
