Frankly, I don't think there is much left of an organized Al-Qaeda, it is a chaotic mess of independent nuts who don't know what to do with their lives and hate being nobodies. Whenever a toilet is clogged somewhere on the planet, Bin Laden and his ridiculous fellows come crawling out of their holes and publish a video proudly claiming it was them.

I think they are running out of competent jihadists who are willing to die to further their ideology. Many of the failed attempted attacks seem to be poorly planned and carried out by freaking morons. I also have a feeling (no proof of coarse) that OBL is not in good health but may be being well taken care of in a private home somewhere in Yemen. He is not dead yet and not living in a cave. Just my opinion.
