That is my point. If they do or dont. Why do you care? When its ok for Billionaire Soros to fund the left. What its ok for a billionaire to fund the left but not the right? Isnt that a bit hypocritical?
Basically the Kochs are laundering their money through their AFP organization that gets involved with elections, which is very possibly illegal (and if they are doing it willingly and knowingly, very possibly criminal activity as well) :

According to Beck this is the first time Soros donated to Media Matters without the money being laundered first. Soros has had his money in Media Matters for a long time. He has just stepped up his campaign to get rid of FOX news and Beck especially.
