If this election is a referendum on Barack Obama then o boy are Democrats in trouble. In our final round of 18 polls we found the President with a positive approval rating among likely voters in only 1 state- Connecticut.

Only @ 46% though. And Blue states - CA, WA, IL have him under water as well.

There's a lot of good Democrats tonight- both incumbents and challengers- who are going to lose and it won't be because of anything they did wrong.

Sorry, here I'll disagree with you. If they voted for Cap&Tax, obamacare, Failed Stimulus, Bailouts and enabled obama's radical agenda...then they did EVERYTHING wrong.

This election shift is a pure reflection of the citizen's views regarding the way O has governed since his administration began. The severity and impact of the bills effects are somewhat secondary but still very important to the citizens. It's a reaction to not JUST what he did, but the methods he used to do it.

Had he at least followed the polls (his mouthpiece claims he does not), he'd have had a feel for the pulse of America.

All the stupid crap he did along the way was just the icing on the cake.

Those that think the shift is partly a reflection of the people's view of both parties of corruption, well, hell, ya'll are right as well. Good on ya!

Let's move forward and hold elected officials to the job they're elected to do.

Exactly how I felt leading up to the election of 2008 but I never thought that his advisors would allow him to talk about us as enemies and some of the other CRAP of the late days. He has just blown it for his whole Congress and himself in doing so.
