Now granted, she's had a lot of luck along the way, what with banks not filing their motions in a timely manner and all. But damn, this woman is the poster child for the deadbeat debtor movement that's been sweeping the nation ever since the Democrats told everybody who made a bad financial decision by buying houses they couldn't afford that it "wasn't their fault" because they were "tricked" or how it's OK that they don't pay their other debts because "it's not fair".
Well, she's getting away with it, so it's okay, right?
Wow. We now have 3 abandoned houses in our street. I guess they could still be living there, since it took a good 9 months before the bank even came over. I wonder just how much longer they will just sit there and rot?
It sounds like no one is truely serious about getting her out. I guess she figures that she might as well stay until they drag her out kicking and screaming.
But you're right, she's in the wrong.
What a completely WRONG thing to do. I guess it's ok to steal a house.
I don't see the problem here. If the banksters are going to come after your house, they should have all the papers in order. Many of them go to court assuming nobody will show up on the other side to challenge them- which is probably true 99% of the time.

Until the bank takes it, why not. I wonder who covers the home owners insurance on something like that or even when people leave their houses, I can't imagine an insurance company covering a vacant house either.
