The wikileaks guy is NOT an American citizen. He has no 1st Amendment rights unless the Austrailian consitution has the same rights.
Nor does the US have any right to "take him out", much to the chagrin of living in mommy's basement internet commandos on FreeRepublic and other sites.
Give me some examples of half truths you know of because the guy does really do his research and is considered very politically savvy?

Rush is monitored by the Democrats and other socialists and communists for ammunition to use against him. Obviously if there was something there it would have been used against him already by the best in the business.
As far as the defamation suits are concerned, the reason Rush can't go after you for what you said about him or others really can't go after him is the fame factor. Rulings in court have been really consistent in basically saying "Your famous, and therefore you are fair game".
Now if someone makes outrageous claims like Al Sharpton got Obama's girl's pregnant AGAIN and puts that accusation on the front page of a tabloid, THAT would rise to the level of lawsuits and all that. :-)

Couldn't find that term in the USC. Can you help me? He's a citizen of a sovereign nation and ally. America cannot and will not take him out. Again, to the dissatisfaction of bedwetting progressive RINOs.
