Is it really impossible for left leaners to realize that cuts aren't cuts unless they are cut from something? I am sure that Nasty Nancy doesn't understand that unless they raise taxes there can be no cut. Boy, that cut talk is so silly but keeps on going.

The adding to the deficit by accepting the extension of unemployment is just a part of the compromise that they made with Obama. I really think that it is Obama and his people who want to keep that extension.

The benefits do not add to the defecit...on the contrary...

End of unemployment benefits would hurt economy

Unemployment benefits help drive the economy because the unemployed tend to spend every dollar they get, pumping cash into businesses. A cut-off of aid for the millions of people unemployed more than six months could squeeze a fragile economy, economists say. Among the consequences they envision over the next year:

Unemployment Benefits Boost Economy: Labor Dept. Study
The study found that the nation's GDP would fall by 18.3 percent more than it did without the extension, and that an average of 1.6 million Americans kept their jobs each quarter. With the extension in place, the economy had its GDP boosted by $175 billion last year

This Tax Deal adds nearly 1 trillion more dollars to the debt....(900 Billion)
Extending the tax RATES costs the government nothing, since that is the status quo....unless you are one of those who thinks this money is on "loan" from the government to the taxpayer, unless you believe the money belongs to the federal government.

How does leaving things as is add to the deficit? The deficit is what it is because politicians outspend the level of income. Should I complain to my employer that they have added to my debt by not giving raises recently? I'm sure that logic would go over well.

Should'nt the Teabaggers be marching in some random street.

This is a Deal between Obama and the GOP, from what I've heard it has very little Democratic support.

So is it okay to add to the debt when your getting something you want?

You don't understand. Its only the black face guy that they march against. The spending and deficit was never really part of it. I'm sure fox news will get them out as soon as Obama does another speech.

Guess politicians are just going to have to learn to cut some spending. They could start with their pay =)

Tea party members have not gone anywhere either. There is still one each and every Sat since the election.
You start every meeting with he is still being allowed to be President don't you. What a joke. Its right in front of you and you still defend it. The majority of Americans don't want the rich to get this but yet the tea party loves it. I thought you were will of the people. I guess thats only when its against the black guy. I get it now.
