How about some stats to back up your claim that most rich are born into their money?

Every time I hear someone say we are lazy or milking the system it makes my blood boil. There is nothing that would please me more (other than getting a job) than to see you people lose your jobs. Maybe then you would wake up and smell the coffee.

But....everyone knows that it is a God-given fact that absolutely, not one, zero, zip, nilch, person who is collecting unemployment is a true American. I mean, c'mon, everyone knows that only a socialists Liberal would EVEN consider collecting unemployment for the sole reason of living high on someones else hog and wasting tax-payer money for kicks. Let's face it; it is an absolute FACT that 0% of those collecting unemployment are Conservatives.

So no actual numbers, not any idea how many but you know that the number of people doing so is huge?

I know people screw the system, people do it all the time with taxes, permits, not paying credit cards,etc....

But I also don't get in a huff over it because of some mistaken idea that I am paying for it....never will.

There is also the matter of no-one is really paying for another person's unemployment...otherwise your taxes would have increased....

It's not fair that I didn't get any handouts when I could have really needed them so no-one should...

It's not fair....

Gee, that brings up images of the banking/financial world, Halliburton in Iraq, tax loopholes for the wealthy, drug companies selling dangerous drugs, Insurance companies making billions by denying health care....all kinds of corruption but since so many quake in fear and cowardice of those entities it's much safer to go after those who lost their jobs....

Of course, unemployment fraud is a drop in the bucket compared to ..oh, Halliburton fraud, so it does make their defenders look quite stupid.

#1: What did YOU or anyone else do to help the rich earn their profits? Nothing. So why are you entitled to a portion of it? It's greedy to work and sacrifice for your earnings? That's funny. And how are the rich parasitic? Have you seen the poor lately?

#2: Those "shovel-ready projects" are a failure. An epic flop. I've seen numerous signs with NOBODY working and nothing to show. They spent a bunch of money on signs, maybe they were stimulating the sign-making industry or something, cause they sure as heck aren't putting America back to work. That brings me to another point...it is not the gov't's responsibility to create jobs, they are to create a business-friendly environment by setting taxes and regulations at appropriate levels. If not, the gov't is doing no stimulating whatsoever.

Hiring isn't the only way cutting tax will help.

In the Bush tax cuts are bonus depreciation credits.

Businesses will buy equipment.

That keeps the money moving.
