Anyone else notice this trend?

Before it was all Bush's fault. He was the oil hungry, blood thirsty war monger in the eyes of the liberals.

Now that Obama is in office no one talks about the outrageous price for a gallon of gas anymore.

Gas and food are excluded from the CPI.

We have no inflation..that approaching $3.00/gal gas is an illusion.
The recession is OVER.

The MSM will not tell anyone the truth.

The catch 22 is that if the economy picks up, the gas prices will also go up. More demand means higher prices.

Diesel is 3.39 here, it was over $5.00. I remember that all too well...still smarts when I sit down. If the economy turns and demand increases, we can expect to see those prices or worse. Obama has done nothing to insure a domestic supply. In fact he has only further limited domestic drilling, and in doing so made us more dependant on overseas sources.

I paid $2.85 for regular just earlier this week in Texas.

I'm sure its well above that in places like California & the Northeast.

It continues to go up too, especially this time of year around the holidays they always stick it to you.

I haven't seen it this high in awhile though.
