That would be more believable were such a definition found anywhere in the English language prior to or contemporary with the Framing of Article 2 of the US Constitution.

The jury is currently in deliberation. The prosecution asked for 2 years in prison, dismissal from the service (the commissioned equivalent of a dishonorable discharge) and full forfeiture of pay and benefits.
