If nothing else, why cant this 19 year old Islamic jihad monster be tried on those charges? He was attacking his own country! Right? Isnt that a death penalty crime?

Why would you want to elevate what a misguided punk did to such a lofty level? I think all that would do would be give him the status of a martyr.

He was a dumb punk who let his older nutcase brother talk him into a horrible crime. Nothing more and certainly nothing less.
