An online petition posted this week to MoveOn.org calling for President Barack Obama to “arrest and try House GOP leadership for sedition” has generated thousands of signatures.
The petition calls on the “Justice Department of the United States of America to arrest Republican Majority Leader Eric Cantor, Speaker of the House John Boehner and other decision-making House Republican leaders for the crime of seditious conspiracy against the United States of America.”

Now this is just as rich as it could ever get. The very people who support this anti-American administration and who voted for a Coup on our country are saying this??? LMAO! If ANYONE should be arrested, it should be Obama first, then all of his sycophants that surround him, including most Dems and many Repubs. The ONLY seditious conspiracy that is real was and still is the election of Barack Obama.

Only 19,000? That's nothing to brag about. The ACLU gets more than that in a half-day on any one of its campaigns. Then again, the ACLU fights on our behalf to uphold our rights under the Bill of Rights.

Sorry that you don't like elections and their outcomes, but they're kind of a fundamental aspect of our system here.

What most people didn't vote for was wondering 20-some guys pushing USA to brink of default because they want to overturn something they have no right to overturn.

These must be decendents of the same idiots who were against the original Tea Party when it signed the Declaration of Independence. They claimed "You can't fight againt the King's rules. It's the law of the land!".

They should have had a petition to remove Boehner for stupidity and sent it only to republicans, it would have a good million signature by now.

I got another email from Issa yesterday asking for more donations to help in the fight to keep the government shut down. It was sent at 7:30P EDT. What a freaking insult.

More people voted in elections in order to place each individual member of congress in their seat.

Are you saying 19k people nationally out vote all of those people who elected in their district?

Are you honestly against elections?

They were elected to bring fiscal sanity to the federal government and oppose a failed new entitlement program.

Sorry you don't like elections and their outcomes, but they're kind of a fundamental aspect of our system here. What most people didn't vote for was the ACA, which was rammed through in the dark of night, with kickbacks and bribes, without any of the Democrats actually reading the bill.

And since when did Congress lose the right to overturn legislation? My guess is once King Obama came to power and people like you decided you prefer having a dictator instead of a constitutional republic with three branches of government having equal power.

Another question: Why don't you statists apply this same ridiculous logic to your numerous attempts to restrict the rights of gun owners. The second amendment is the law, yet you don't think that is off limits. In the hypocritical view of you statists, the only laws that are immune from reconsideration are the laws you like.
