The damn media is politicizing this tragic event and is doing a disservice to the American People. They should be shut down for spreading lies, "political rhetoric" and pushing certain political agendas. Turn them off.

So then turn it off. Focus on something else. The media is not going to be shut down simply because you disagree with them.
Is the guy in the video clip trying to upstage Chris Matthews in the "I sound like a raving lunatic" category?

..and your justification for this is what exactly? Also, should I get my news from some 45 year old blogger who still lives at home with his mom? How about you stop worrying about the media and start starting better threads.
This guy comes off as completely off the wall as it is. This guy is also on slanting what many in the media have said about this as well. They aren't exactly saying this was caused by the rhetoric, but rather some of the rhetoric can lead to stuff like this.
Fact of the matter is if you are going to target a specific member of Congress or a district, you can do so without resorting to throwing up gun targets on them as a way to get the point across as targeting them (as Sarah Palin's PAC did with Giffords and some other members of Congress) mentioning things like reloading, 2nd Amendment remedies, using bullets if ballots don't work. There is simply no place in politics for either side to go down that route.
Now I'm not saying this guy bought into any of that or it had anything to do with the rampage, but I do think we should look into the impact that type of extreme over the top rhetoric actually has.
Its one thing to talk about guns in a debate about the 2nd Amendment, gun rights and or gun control, but when you campaign using gun targets on opponents, 2nd Amendment remedies, talk with bullets, and that type of insane crap its just asinine and way over the top.
Also, should I get my news from some 45 year old blogger who still lives at home with his mom?
"Professionals" who's primary reason for reporting the news is to make money for the people they work are just as bad if not worse. The only difference is they have no excuse.

If this dude ever switches to decafe, he'll be out of a job.
Having said that, the content of his rant was spot on.

Did you want to actually challenge the accuracy of the content of his rant, or are you conceding that?
