Conservative commentator Ann Coulter posted a tweet this week, encouraging followers to watch Republican Christopher Barron be interviewed by a "retarded" MSNBC host.

I'm not sure if Ann Coulter saying something inflammatory is "news". That's kind of been her gimmick since forever.

Anne Coulter was the guest of honor at GOProud recently. Christopher Barron is the Chairman of GOProud, so it's not surprising that she would make those comments.

I find Coulter to be seriously unpleasant and abrasive, but I do agree with her on this particular topic. Cenk Uygur was obnoxious during that interview. Christopher Barron was strong, polite, and convincing enough that I decided to become a member of GOProud. I do lean left, but I strongly support what GOProud is doing.

Nothing she does surprises me, that is her gimmick, to say something, to get people talking. Otherwise no gimmick no comments. Like so many others out there today, she is no different, perhaps controversial. She is very untasteful at times, unpleasant, and abrasive to a point. But like others when she is right she is right, and when she is wrong she is wrong.

No big deal, with any of these commentators today, we are going to agree to disagree quite often.

On this one i do agree with her. MSNBC these days, has got to go, they have changed and in my opinion not for the better!

"Retarded" is a terrible word to use like this. Coulter is a writer. She should know better.

LMAO....Cenk brings that out of people. He's definitely a hard hitting guy with a lot of passion. I love the dude myself, but he's definitely an acquired taste.

He's also a former Conservative Republican.

'Retarded' used to be the polite word. Terms like idiot, imbecile, and moron were commonly used depending on one's IQ. Calling someone mentally retarded is one thing. Calling someone a 'retard' is something else.

I am surprise that Palin didn't come out and blast Coulter over her choice of words cause Palin sure would if a democrat had said that. But then again Palin always gives Conservatives a free ride.
